Can I contest a living trust done after father dies by step mother leaving everything to her children

Can this living trust be contested? Our father bought home along with step mother, and our father paid off home with retirement $ then he dies in 09.


step mother takes our father's name off home and does a living will leaving everything to her children cutting out husband's two boys. Is there any recourse for the two boys left out by greedy step mother?

Too bad the trust apparently wasn't a QTIP Trust which is designed for this type situation. I'm not sure there's anything you can do legally, but you should show a local trust attorney a copy of the trust and see what he or she has to say.
